ComSurv (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading brand of ADVRT Marketing LTD. We operate a lead-matching service that connects businesses, landlords, tenants and property professionals with independent, RICS-qualified commercial surveyors.
We are not surveyors and we do not carry out surveys. Our role is limited to matching your enquiry with suitable surveyors who may then contact you with quotes.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.
When you submit an enquiry, you ask us to match you with one or more surveyors and you consent to your details being shared with those surveyors for that purpose.
Any quote, engagement, contract or fee is agreed directly between you and the surveyor. ComSurv is not a party to that arrangement and does not set, collect or guarantee any fees.

Surveyors in our network are independent third parties. While we aim to match you with RICS-qualified, commercially experienced surveyors, we do not employ them and are not responsible for their services, conduct, advice or reports.
